I examine what you currently have.
I review your website, public Google presence, current tracking, and any available reporting. I look for missing information, usability problems, technical issues, and gaps in measurement.

The Process
I examine what you currently have.
I review your website, public Google presence, current tracking, and any available reporting. I look for missing information, usability problems, technical issues, and gaps in measurement.
Review notesI explain what should be addressed first.
You receive a practical recommendation based on the condition of your current setup. That may mean improving what already exists, replacing something that no longer works, or connecting systems that were never configured properly.
Written scopeI complete the work included in your scope.
Once the scope is approved, I make the agreed website, Google profile, tracking, or reporting improvements. Progress and access requirements are communicated throughout the project.
Completed improvementsI test the work and show you what changed.
I verify the agreed functionality and tracking, provide the relevant documentation, and give you a clear reporting view when reporting is included.
Handoff and reportingYour Part
You do not need to understand the technical systems. You do need to provide accurate business information, timely access, and feedback when decisions are required.
I may need your services, service areas, contact details, business hours, branding materials, and other information customers should see.
Depending on the scope, I may request access to your website, domain, Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console, or Tag Manager.
I will identify what content is needed and what decisions require your approval. Delayed access or feedback may affect the project timeline.
Having one person responsible for decisions helps prevent conflicting feedback and unnecessary delays.
