Questions It Helps Answer

Turn activity into practical answers.

01

How are people finding the business?

Compare direct visits, search traffic, referral sources, and Google Business Profile activity to see which channels are bringing attention.

02

Which services are getting attention?

Review the service pages and search topics receiving the most views, impressions, and clicks.

03

Are visitors calling or submitting forms?

See tracked form submissions and agreed phone or email actions alongside the pages that helped produce them.

04

Is the tracking working correctly?

Identify missing events, duplicate counts, sudden gaps, or changes that need a closer technical review.

05

What changed since the previous period?

Compare the current reporting period with the previous one and add context for meaningful increases or declines.

06

What should be improved next?

Use the combined view to prioritize the next practical website, profile, tracking, or content improvement.

Activity, tracking checks, and recommendations

Reporting FAQ

Clear answers before you connect your accounts.

The reporting scope is defined before access is requested, including which actions can be measured and where attribution has limits.

01Can you track phone calls?

I can measure click-to-call actions and, when included in the scope, connect a call-tracking service. A phone-link click shows intent; it does not by itself confirm that a completed call occurred.

02Can reports show paying customers?

Standard website and Google data shows activity and inquiries, not whether every inquiry became a paying customer. Customer or revenue reporting requires accurate offline records or a connected customer-management system.

03How often is the dashboard updated?

Source platforms refresh on their own schedules. The dashboard and any written recommendations are reviewed at the cadence defined in your reporting scope.

04Will I retain access to my accounts?

Yes. Your website, analytics, search, business-profile, and reporting accounts remain under your ownership, with access documented during handoff.

05Do I need ongoing reporting?

No. A project setup or one-time tracking review may be enough. Ongoing reporting is useful when you want recurring checks, context, and recommendations.
